	When using the PC version, I am geting a "Video Pin Error..." message, what is wrong? This is a common problem when the application is not installed correctly. Please restart your computer, then download and install: EasyBurnerSetup.exe or EasyBurnerSetup.dmg Problems buring and/or converting movies. If you receive an error during the burning or conversion process, it is most likely due to a codec problem. The easiest way to fix this is to first Restart your computer, and then download and install: http://www.Easyburner.com/files/EasyBurnerSetup.exe. After installation please try again. If the problem persists please contact us with the exact error message and the name of the file you are trying to burn/convert. Problems buring and/or converting movies.
